Over 1400 pastors a month are leaving their churches, many over conflicts with members. So much time and energy is wasted, usually resulting in wounds to leaders and members that may effect their walk with Christ for years or even a lifetime.
As a pastor for over ten years I've personally experienced the pain and tragic results of unresolved conflict within the church. After leaving my last church I spent five years suffering from the loss and pain. Then as I began to seek God for answers, and let down my defenses to allow God to show me where I was lacking, I finally received some wisdom that had been sorely lacking five years earlier.
God has placed a burden on my heart for the local church. My desire is to see conflict resolved and relationships restored so that the mission of the church can be realized and God glorified. My ministry is a ministry of reconciliation, not only outside the church, but especially within. God has given me a very specific understanding on what causes conflict and how to deal with it so that peace is restored and the devil is given no place to work.
